However, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 3 days of your date purchase. If the 3 days have been passed and you have a problem you can contact us at any time via our live chat on or via Email, via live chat to fix your problem.

Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable:

  1. Before you buy, be sure to request a trial account. We have set up a trial account so that you can test it and if you are not satisfied, do not buy a long-term service.
  2. If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to see and use our services and then request a refund.

  4. If you made a mistake in choosing the service and completed the payment, you can find a ticket in the support section entitled; Create then our support team will review it and accept and do the refund. Payment error! This means that you want to buy a 3-month service and have mistakenly chosen and paid for a year or less.
  5. If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.
